Anyone use these? If so, does the door hold up to an angry raccoon?

Yeah they hold an angry raccoon but they can reach out about an inch, so be aware they can dig just past the lip if you have it on something that can be damaged. They can also bend the rod inside that goes from the foot pan to the door. What else, they are not great in the summer in the hot weather for dissipating heat. You will need to check them early, I drilled holes in the back, sides and top, still extremely hot for the animal.

Cannot see inside easily, I usually take pictures of the animal for proof of capture and need to pop the door to do it.

The plastic will last for ever, have replaced two rods inside from being bent.

Had a few early on years ago. Sold them all. Too confining and holds heat, not a good trap for summer or fall use. You will lose some animals if not removed before sun up.
