I got a e-bike this year and want to make a custom trap basket, that removable from the basket. I use it for hunting also. Anyone make a custom trap pack for their ebike or atv? I'm thinking of making a wood box, with lid, and adding maybe trap holders to the sides somehow. Possibly a rack or a way to tie down catches? Looking for ideas. Pictures would be amazing! Thank you in advance!!

Seems to be alot of aftermarket stuff available for them. I would think weight would be a concern on an ebike, but I don't know much about them.

Maybe some old school wire milk crates lined with corrugated plastic?

I'd seriously consider skinning on the line, if you have time. That way you only have to put a green hide in the basket, not the whole animal.

Seeing them more and more for hunting type use. Buddy got one a year or 2 and loves it. Quiet, no gas/exhaust smell and his has the fat tires so it goes pretty good down 2 tracks and field headlands.

Looks really nice. Very quiet in and out. I keep thinking about geting one but considering I fall over walking sometimes probably not a good idea.

On one hand would be nice to get in and out when my legs are not cooperating. But then again my wife found me in the bathroom this morning outside the shower with it running just looking at the shower and she asked me what I was doing just standing there. I was contemplating how I was going to get my legs up and over the edge of the tub and if I used my arms to help lift them if they would hold me up individually.. so if the legs are not working as expected I may not be able to get mounted on an e bike making the lack of balance a 2ndary issue.

So I never buy one.

with the shock front fork , the attachment points matter I can't quite see what it has

where did you get the back rack and bow rack for it ? is that something the manufacturer offered?
do they offer a front rack as well?

there are some interesting little trailers for the E-bikes as well ones some people haul deer out on. not sure how well they do with a minimal trail.

I saw a guy in Louisville today on an e bike and he had one of the fold up wagons pulling it as a trailer. I dont think it will last very long but it was working for him.

the gun/bow rack is a "Montana Scabbard gun mount". I had to beef it up and secure it better than factory but i love it. Hated anything on my handlebars. I cruise down deer trails and there's not even enough room for the handlebars most of the time.

Tried a motorcycle one time. It got me there but didn't take long to decide it was a bad idea. Mud laden hip boots are really heavy especially when you are several miles from home.
