Wish they would leave ruger alone

I like beretta and I like ruger. I don't understand what beretta is doing this for other than to take out a competitor.

Agree leave both excellent company’s alone

Guess they're just wanting some more of that American market.........

They bought up Sako/tikka few years back. Lots of worries at the time, but appears they let them continue making quality firearms....so far.

I never like seeing one company contro a large % of the gun manufacturing.

I would guess Beretta is best as a shotgun maker and Ruger as a rifle maker.

Could be worse! Mossberg could be trying to buy them!

There is Beretta USA already and while i covet Berettas straight pull rifle i'd like to handle one first

After making them for over 500 years they better be good at it. I love my Beretta !

Machinists tell me
they do not care for some of their choices of metal.
But the buyers do not know this or do not care.
