A little help please. What is the name and where to buy?

That is called I believe a slim lock.
I tried them not my first choice.

I use them exclusively for live catch canine snares here. I open the bite just a bit on each lock to accommodate my loop size and have them fire a tad better.

They dont lock up tight like an adams or a camlock.
After a couple live cats(cats are dispatched easy and quickly in snares when neckcaught) in snares equipped with them and a few fox with waterheads,I relegated the ones I had left to under ice beaver snares.

Snare One has them. I use them on beaver and coyotes and lock up has never been an issue for me.

They dont kill as good as an adams or camlock.

I tried both and the Thin lock was far superior in my opinion. The thin lock has a parkerized finish and is a far amount harder steel than the slim lock. They are my first choice(currently my only choice) for under ice beaver snares. After a catch or two, some of that little taboo can get a tad rounded off, so I slip the lock in one of the holes on the bench swager(probably the 3/32" hole) and close the jaws. When you find the right setting, that little taboo will barely move, but it is just enough to ensure 100% lock up again and the spacing is still big enough that the loop flies shut. 1/19 cable will saw the edge off that taboo much quicker, but I am using 3/32" 7x7. In a 10" loop on baits, these locks are just awesome. I bought 1,000 of these last year before the price went up and probably one of the better moves I ever made.
