Ukraine started de-populating even before the current war. It's population has been cut nearly in half; from about 50 million to about 25 million. Not much left but pensioners and women. The productive segment of it's population (men) are either dead or have fled the Country.
Z doesn't want peace, only a cease fire. If there is a peace deal there will have to be elections -that he can't win-. A cease fire will allow him to remain a dictator until he and his cronies fleece as much as possible.

Iran Is an ally of Russia and an enemy of the west fighting the western intrests on several continents.

IMO no one. The board of the Fed consists of 7 appointed members, appointed every 2 years, for 14 year terms. So there's generally a mix of governors appointed by dems and reps. The rest of the FOMC consists of 5 of the presidents of the 12 federal reserve banks.... which rotate annually (other than the Pres of the NY bank, which is a permanent spot). So, honestly, I really can't think of a much better way to form an independent FOMC than what is already in place.

I don't believe military might has anything to do with it. Traders denominate in dollars because they trust the dollars stability. Sure there is inflation but that is predictable. BRICS was formed because of sanctions. When you can't use the current pipeline you have to build your own. Whatever you think of the dollar, the BRICs settlement system is a different thing. Theoretically you could still make trades in dollars on BRICS. Think of dollars like trucks on a road. The road is the settlement system. BRICs is an alternative road.
