What sort of pickles are you making?

I love pickles, I tried to make them one time. They sucked really bad. I never tried to make them again. I hope yours turn out better than mine did.

Looks good! I’ll be making pickles this week off, but it’ll be pickled silver salmon! Might do some eggs too.

They're dill..... just regular old dill, not Polish dills. Half are spicy and half are not.

I used to do Kosher , dill and fermented pickles.
Never cared for bread and butter, but will eat them.
I got some bread and butter mix from someone, and follow the instructions except the sugar it calls for, they're not too bad.
I seldom like sweet pickles .
Looks like some nice cucumbers for pickling you got there.

watered and kept picked off to be producing

Mine are done and I miss em.
Straight eight variety work best for me.

Did One batch each dill and sweet, and two different relish
will be great this winter.

I tried my hand at refrigerator pickles this year for the first time. Every batch was different. The wife and daughter loved em!
