I know in this world there are many ways to dispatch an animal. And everyone has their favorite. And that’s wonderful. However, I have yet to catch my first coyote & bobcat. I aim to do that this year. I am a fella who carries a 22 revolver & uses it for dispatching in a manner in which I find more comfortable than other methods. I’ve heard multiple, experienced trappers mention dispatching cats & coyotes in the vitals rather than the head for blood purposes. If I were more inclined to save & tan the fur rather than sell them, which would you recommend?

Thank you & again, I’m sorry for the stupid questions.
Just got my first gray & mink back from the tannery today & with archery season starting Saturday. I’m getting the itch of excitement.

…. I just walk up and stomp them into the afterlife

… then flex over the lifeless corpse like Stone Cold Austin

… and holler

OhhhhhhhhHeeeeeeeellllllllYeeeeaaaahhhhhh!!!!!
