I just acquired a new to me one, with a hinge and angle iron to attach to a wall…it’s going in my enclosed trailer and setting inside it now. Will take a photo when I get there. They seem popular.

I put mine on a plank to stand on to steady it when using it, and with hinges so it will fold up to travel down to my cabin. I also anchored a 2nd one to pole in the barn for home use.

John, Only used for coyotes, but could be used for anything big enough to fit. I do my fleshing in my basement so no coons or skunks. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2026/10/full-51373-302918-img_0801.jpg) , ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2026/10/full-51373-302920-img_0803.jpg) It's bunge'ed to the post. I can remove any time I want. Upright is set to the height I like, could be made adjustable. Maybe this will give you some more ideas.

I built one out of thick wall pvc pipe and used square tubing to support it. The square tubing in the picture is bolted to the under side of the beam and goes into the next size larger tubing that's mounted to the wall. The receptacle had a 3/8 bolt and nut with a piece of rebar welded across the top of the bolt to tighten it down. I glued a narrow strip of the pipe wall down the center of the under side to stiffen it a bit. It works pretty good. ![[Linked Image]](https://photos.smugmug.com/Fur/i-X4sq2hv/0/NCpGLB9bjtHCp4DJ795ssQ9L3zzffw5mGLrt9XcJL/L/IMG_2135-L.jpg) That's the under side gluing the strip down the center. The square tubing is the piece I bolted to the bottom and goes into the receiver on the wall. ![[Linked Image]](https://photos.smugmug.com/Fur/i-B2bnsGs/0/NbmxZbWMT3QBkzHwGR5wNJFhKrzSxd6Ms7csJ6Kpg/L/IMG_2136-L.jpg) Hahaha. This is my exact setup. Like exactly (just a different colored beam)
If traps work like the Antis say......I would have no fingers.

Check out the fleshing beam bases that Leon at Top Lot Stretchers makes. I’ve got one of his setups and love it. The beam comes off easily with those pins, but the base still takes a bit of space. I guess it could be taken apart for moving.

I have a base welded out of angle iron, it just bolts to the wall. I don’t see why a guy could not weld it to a 2 inch tube and put it into your receiver hitch. Then you can switch beams as needed. I have a real wide beam for beaver then a 6 inch side for everything else. I’ll try and take a picture once I’m back from trapping camp or if I make a run home.
wws Badgerland trapping made something like that for their fleshing system. They had wall, floor and truck mounted (custom to your truck). Not sure if he's still making them or not. Badgerland Trapping

![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2026/11/full-57883-303952-img_3244.jpeg) Here is the only picture I can find. The brake drum holds my beaver trough. So only the yellow part holds your beam. wws
