I'd prefer cordless for ease of use. I looked at the "usual suspects" web pages and they are pricey. Does anyone have a recommendation for sucking up bat poop?

Thanks

What is your target job? Minor sprinkling of guano, or total attic clean out, including insulation?
I bought a used Yard Goat Leaf Loader. Gas engine. Had the inflow reduced from 10" to 4" to use a couple 50' hoses coupled together. The collection bags were 5-6' high and too big to put your arms around, something like 75 gallons. When full, two guys needed to roll it into a dumpster. It stayed outside on a utility trailer with one man tending it for blockages, etc. The other man in the attic sucking everything up.
I also have a small orange R2D2 looking vacuum with a 1.5" hose for real small cleanups. Can't think of the name of it. I think I got it through WCS.

We have an insulation for big jobs, it pulls everything outside to a dump trailer. For small stuff, we’ve used bucket tops with a hepa filter. I was just looking at cordless vacuums for this. I haven’t bought any though.

I think I am trying to drive a finish nail with a sledgehammer here. I bought a hepa small particle bag for my shop vac. That and a respirator should do me for my target jobs; ie, small amounts in attics or screened porches. Thanks.

We rent vac trucks for most all of our commercial guano cleanout services. Small amounts any decent hepa filtered shop vac should work fine. Always wear a respirator while doing such work.

For personal use just get on your hands and knees. Commercial use hire a few more folks to help you out. Just dont eat before you get to work.
