Well, I tried my best to get one down for the boys, but there were some variables I didnt account for. We had some pretty decent rain. One boy woke up vomiting. Wind created tons of downfall in my area which completely changed the scene. Lots of predator sign. Mommy waking up vomiting. It was a weekend. All in all though everyone had fun, and my wife was the only one who got cold, lol.

The boys love it in the tent. We probably have 20-30 nights in the thing this year. The cold was something I was curious about as it hit 29 the one night, but some standing dead lodgepole kept the stove running well.

Knocked this doe down a day after the boys were back to school. I guess mommy will have to knock one down for em cause where Im going for bucks and bulls requires some big boy legs. Doe was 37 paces quartering to.

Beat me to my thoughts also. My kind of smoke pole and camp. Excellent.
Muzzle loading furturity worked hard to get special seasons for this select group. Modern technology cheapened it. IMO

Clean traps,tight lines,straight shooting

Another great hunt, DT. And that's a great looking camp.
