kytrapper trapper K Joined: Dec 2006 SE Kentucky	I have had vertigo and BPPV, It caused me to fall about a month ago and I broke my hip. Vertigo is a sick feeling.

C Absolutely will try it. Was doing well yesterday trapping and bent over and then stood up and oh Lord. First diagnosed with vertigo in 2008. Bedridden for 3 days. The sciatica is due to military injury. Got a chiropractic appointment Wednesday for that. Was planning on hunting this morning. Was up all night with sciatica but figured I would fight through the pain. But when I stood up. I said no way Jose. Laid back down. 330-Trapper. Will try as soon as im able to drive. GARY M. trapper G Joined: Sep 2020 Georgia	I have had sciatica in my Right leg for a few years now, best way I found to ease it is sit in a Regular straight chair and cross one leg where the foot is resting on your knee, then I push then I grab the crossed leg and push then pull the knee a few times, helps me.

Leftlane "HOSS" Joined: Dec 2009 The Hill Country of Texas	I had a smug little surgeon do what I thought was going to be a small medical procedure to my left foot. Months later I cannot feel whether that foot is actually on the floor and I realize that good balance must contain a need for nerves to report back to the brain that it is safe to take another step. If i turn on the lights and look at my feet I do ok but if I try to walk around in the dark it is No Bueno! What"s good for me may not be good for the weak minded. Captain Gus McCrae- Texas Rangers
