Poured a footer, 28 days to completely cure, 70% in 7. Gave the wife this information and she stated, sounds wrong ask Dad (FIL). I did and he said, “Several.” He then went on to say it would take bit and that the wife probably thinks I’m just stalling the project.

Regardless if we have to redo it all again a month from now, I’m laying block today, I don’t care what happens. lol

I always thought a couple was 2, a few was five or more and several was seven or more.

So how long since you poured it and how many levels of concrete block are you putting on it?

1= one , unless it is one more cast , then that resets with every bump or bite.

2= couple unless it is cookies or similar addictive snack then it is 2-6

a couple two tree = 2-7

a few 3-4 also unless cookies or similar addictive snack

a hand full is 5 unless it is a couple of hand fulls then it is as many as you can grab with both hands like chips just say the bag because 2 hands hold the bag well.

several 6-7 unless I owe you money them 10-15
