Jtrappers post got me thinkin about this. My body has been beat up for years. Bad back and knees are shot.

Been wearin a copper bracelet for well over a year now. Gettin out of bed in the mornin aint a problem anymore. Haven't had an advil since I can remember. Maybe retirement has somethin to do with it. Might be in my head but I do feel alot better. Anyone else wear one?

All they do is turn your skin green.

had a old engineer on my first boat who wore on on each wrist.Swoar how and down they helped with his arthritis..told me to look into what coope did for the body

And make you look old.

I wear a couple. Wife has arthritis in hands and fingers. I made a woven copper ring for each finger. She wears them as needed on what ever fingers are hurting. Bracelets as well. Don't hurt to try them.

I worked at a hydro utility . in my former life. I regularly had people , wanting a piece of solid ,copper wire. I would cut them a piece of no 2 solid. They also would rather have old piece that current had travelled through.. Folks swore by it. old243

After the first round of covid my wrists hurt terribly. Started wearing copper bracelets and they stopped hurting. Try it.

If you wear it on your wrist, does it help with other body parts? My knees are getting pretty creaky.

All I know is I have needed new knees for years. Was doin 15000 steps a day at work. Been retired since August. Wife got me a bracelet August of 2025. Haven't had a cortisone shot in over a year and a half and not very stiff when I get up in the mornin. All I can say is, I feel pretty good now.

Ive wore one for close to 20 years and it definitely makes a difference.

I have known a lot of people who got pain relief from wearing copper bracelets. They mostly thought wider, tighter, softer, more tarnished copper bracelets worked better.

Hang out with some old construction workers and you'll probably see a lot of them, especially on guys who swung a hammer a lot.

My Dad is 90 and he did swing a hammer for 40 years...he is all beat up. Think I'm going to tell him this ...can't hurt.

They make copper infused bed sheets. I have seen them for sale at a few places. I don't know much about them.
