COBryan OP trapper Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 79 Colorado	Pan Size Trout {13 in. or less} Bacon Potatoes Salt Pepper Egg Place a bed of bacon in pan simmer till half done. Place full gutted trout with head on top of bacon and cover till the trout is starting to fall apart. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve with a fried egg on top of fried potatoes.
