Summer tournament with the kids used up a lot of my cash and fishing time…….

I was in attendance on Thursday night…most lackluster game I think I have been to in awhile…have to keep reminding myself these are kids just starting out, learning and chasing their dream of getting to the “show.”

I’m just there for the overtime lol.
But last night was a good game. They tied it with 2 outs in the bottom of the ninth, fell behind by 1 again in the top of the tenth and won it in the bottom of the 10th.

I wish the O’s could get some of that magic!

If you want baseball excitement you should watch the Oregon State beavers in the College World Series. Ahead to Louisville in the 9th inning 3-1.... commit 3 errors to allow the Cards to tie it at 3 each. Beaver then hit a single followed by a double in the bottom of the 9th for a walk off win 4-3. Almost every game since the regionals has been quirky.
