I've made no knead bread probably 10 times. I can never get it to rise the way I think it should. Tastes fine but a little dense. I've tried several different h20 temps. New fieshman yeast pac each time. Any suggestions?

My suggestion is to buy a bread machine. No knead bread just isn't the same.

Use bread baking floor
Temp needs to be about 75 to 80 degrees
Under proofing may need to let rest longer
Over mixing and lower the fermentation won't rise as good and you will get a dense bread
6 to 8 minutes of mixing is plenty and by hand.

I proof my dough in an instant pot. 4 hours on yogurt setting. When done, set on counter for 30 minutes and then bake. Got it off YouTube.
