I was refering to the Newhouse 4 and 4 1/2...but yes the picture and plant too..lol I figured that those were already there in the man cave. Thats kinda what I was thinking, was looking to see if the plant was hanging off the 4 1/2 trap chain,if she can keep the plant alive shes a keeper And I have ate Agutuk before out in Holy Cross and it will clean the pipes out after you eat 4 bowls of it,tried it with 3 diff, kinds of berries and just strait up,was fairly drunk when I had it but do remeber it was good and the next morning about killed myself in the bathroom LOL

Any one ever purchased a rig from Dave Smith Motors in Idaho and had it shipped up to Alaska? Looking at a new rig for the wife and the sales guys here think that what they are selling is built of gold and they need to retire off the commision they seem to think they will make. Time to shop outside the box.

Had an idiot hit us up on the Taylor highway a few weeks ago. Near killed us! We lived, but truck is totaled. Traffic on there must be picking up quite a bit since the last time I made the run up.....! Pete

Had an idiot hit us up on the Taylor highway a few weeks ago. Near killed us! We lived, but truck is totaled. Traffic on there must be picking up quite a bit since the last time I made the run up.....! Pete Pete, LOL! Only vehicles for 50 miles! A Japanese dude from Florida was heading north and us heading south. Clear night, on the chip seal part of the road, he comes around a corner, I see him fish tail left, corrected to far, front right tires catch the berm where he corrects back to the left, therefore flipping his truck upside down where it proceeds to "fly" through the air into my lane! I had to decide in a millisecond to get hit head on or bite the ditch and hope to avoid it. Well turned hard, and his flying upside down truck caught me in the drivers side door and the rest of the drivers side of the truck forcing us off the road and into the trees! We were fortunate enough to be on the only stretch of highway that doesn't have a cliff or drop off there and actually ended up driving through the trees and back onto the highway once I got control of the truck. Got the truck back onto the highway to see if the other driver was okay. Truck upside down in our lane with crap all over the road. Guy was okay, call with the sat phone and hour and a half later trooper and wrecker show up. We were very lucky. Best part of the story, this clown got our insurance information and filed a claim against us for causing the accident! Said it happened at an intersection. Never ceases to amaze me at how other human's can be total douche's. Guy almost kills us or injures us badly and he lies to our insurance and his.

Mike,
Happy to hear that you guy's came out of that OK. I went through a similar situation a few years back, but the other guy wasn't so lucky. Karma will catch up with that idiot.

Sure is dangerous to be driving those highways..I use to do the commute out to Eagle river back in the early 80s and after the first inch of snow hit, I could count 40-50 cars in the ditch on that 10 mile strech..and many of those were upside down!..I would rather play with cub grizzleys than have to do that drive again. The only thing that has changed in the last 30 years, is that now there are 70 to 80 cars in the ditch during the first snow. I've gotten in the habit of taking the day off when the first snow hits. My couch is a lot safer than the Glenn Hwy.
