Got my first ADC job and was wondering how much I should charge to remove a few squirrels and some chipmunks in a tree and in the yard?

Well how far is it from you? You should already have an idea of what it will cost. What is your time worth? How many squirrels and chippy's do you have to remove? I do a set up fee and per animal charge. Thats my fur trapper mentality. I like it that way and so do my customers.

I charge a set up fee and a per animal fee based on how far the job is from you also i charge a daily trap check that is only applied if an animal is not caught also on your per animal fee it will cost you more to relocalte each animal and i build that into my per animal fee. Remeber you have bait to pay for your insurance ware and tare on your truck fuel and your time.

Pesky, some of the guys that have been watching your clips seem to think that you might go a little more than 250. I was thinking less than 250.00

When professionalism and work is great, there is no need for money up front. Less than 2% go to collections.

I agree. It sounds like you're saying to the costomer: I think you're probably a dead beat so I want my money up front before I do anything." I have never payed any pumber, electrician, machanic, or any tradsman before he finished the job. *If one of them told me "oh,by the wAY, I want my money before I start your job." I would have to tell him to take a hike!
