I don't think mold is an add on service,,,,,, Best current way of mitigation is freezing,,,,,, (big dollar machine)
Ant Man/ Marty 2028 I wonder if there will be enough coffee and middle fingers to make it through the day.

Mold remediation also requires a third party for air quality testing,,,,,,

Check out pesticide license requirements...among others. Are you an industrial hygeinist or toxicologist? Testimg of mold toidentify species is important to quantify the risk.

There is not a certification that you need To have in Wisconsin! However there is a set Of guild lines to follow here, kind off like bat work In Wisconsin! A set of guidelines to follow but Not necessarily law! I follow the appropriate guidelines For both! It is only black mold in attics and in crawl Spaces that I have delt with! Anything beyond my Abilities I contract out or just refere the customer to them!

Quite a bit of interesting information is found at this LINK. I believe that consumers should be provided similar information before hiring a contractor. A few years ago, mold was a big item in the news and a lot of shady characters entered the profession. They were preying on the ignorance and fears created by all of the hyperbole associated with mold. I hope that most of these fear mongers have been put out of business. The CDC and EPA both contain extensive information on mold and mold remediation. Even OSHA is getting its foot in the door. Everyone seems to agree that solving the moisture problem will prevent mold problems. Also, remember that there are still a lot of hungry lawyers out there chasing “ambulances”!
