What is this called ?
I found this today and had to pull it. (Landscaping job).
I currently have it hanging in my shed rafters.
What have I found?
Very large and at least second year because there was a dead stalk at the roots that was close to an Inch wide.
Pretty and the buds look yellow like a flower.

Does anyone have a name for this one??

Not yet, still going by the name of weed.

looks like the stuff from "back in the day" hard to tell from the pic.

I am studying this plant line. I believe you are correct. Just a large anmount of varieties and most popular appear to be from England and such.

Sulphur Cinquefoil

looks like wild strawberry to me

looks like a butter cup

that stuff grows like mad here everywhere, especially places you don't mow but it's easy to get rid of by mowing over it or week killer

grow in our yards if we don't mow ofter
