LT you need to send that pile of coons down here. i make about as much off of the meat as i do the hides Anyone else selling 'coon meat for human consumption ? Sure do LT, but you already new that. Lol Had more of a demand than i could supply at times this year. Kinda a hit an miss thing. Seems like when i aint catchin many, thats when the calls come in. This was the first year my hides brought more than the meat. Hope it stays that way.

Yea, there is a great market for coon meat down here too What ya get for on yours over your way? I get between 7 to 10 apc. for mine.

I eat coon a couple times a year. Fixed rite it is very good. 99 percent of people i sell to are of a darker skin tone. Used to sell to a fish market but they dont pay much. Some people argue with me about it being coon, they think its a beef roast with taters an carrots. Lol
