Sure do LT, but you already new that. Lol

Had more of a demand than i could supply at times this year. Kinda a hit an miss thing. Seems like when i aint catchin many, thats when the calls come in. This was the first year my hides brought more than the meat. Hope it stays that way.

I would'nt even begin to know how to find people to buy it up here. Got one guy at work that will take some every now and then, but he's not buying it.

I found out accidentily that it is one of the best urines for post type sets for K9. I'd take a corn stalk that had been picked, bend it in half facing my trap bed, fill the top with urine and let it soak in, let hang back down. Completely blend in your set. They can't resist marking their territory against a competitor!

9 times out of ten it's big males too...
Back to coon...what I look for when scouting:
Rogue trees, cluster of trees around corn, great trails, and sign... grin

Good post Jason. You got a pic of that corn stalk set? How far off the stalk do you set the trap?

I eat coon a couple times a year. Fixed rite it is very good. 99 percent of people i sell to are of a darker skin tone. Used to sell to a fish market but they dont pay much. Some people argue with me about it being coon, they think its a beef roast with taters an carrots. Lol

Don't think I could ever eat it. If the coyotes wont eat it neither will I.
