MOST of the time, others agree, so I am really just reinforcing what others say.

Don't let that discourage you. wade right in and give as good as you get. JMO but the fairer sex brings special skills to ADC work and have been some of the greatest NWCOs I've known.

She's caught everything I have and now she works a lot in the office. To say that she knows way more about the ADC business than I do, would only be telling the truth.
