If you're a Veteran, the shots can be had from the VAMC for no or little cost depending on your status. Got mine free, and same for the annual Titer test check. If they balk, tell them you handle wild animals nad "NEED" the shots, and/or see the patients advocate.
All Vet needs to be registered in the VA system, as they get their funding by the number of Vets in the system, which is good anywhere in the world. A dental program is also in the works. Any Registered Vet is Exempt from the wetblack's health care BS. You may not need it now, but someday.....

Boogerman, Here it is straight up...If your a Vet, (and I don't mean animal doctor) you can get them free or for a very very low cost...if not go to your primary doc. get the script for the shots and buy them a Wal-Mart and keep them refrigerated until your primary Doc. can administer the shots (3)....And I knew all that without my PROFESSIONAL UNIFORM on ! Vacine @ Wally world is around 600 smackers..
