wolf creek products dogless # 2 any experience with them and what do you think? I would like to keep discussion to experience with these traps. thanks! need a trap i can afford, lol also reviews on super stakes with chains would be great. thanks for your help. I picked up two dozen. They're built a little stronger than I imagined for $99 a dozen. The "dogless," feature sticks up just a tad higher above the jaw then the Bridger 2's. The only complaint I've had so far. I'm going to be setting them for cats so I'm not real worried about modifications as of yet. I think if I was going to be going after coyotes you might want to laminate the jaws, weld the jaw tips, and possibly base-plate. I plan to run them bone stock without waxing or dying. See what they're made of. I love the fact that the pan sits well below the jaws.

I was given two by Glen couple weeks ago a #2 and #3 - Very nice trap - I placed a large stock order; hopefully, we receive and I'll make a few more sets this winter before breaking out the fishing poles. I think fox and coyote trappers are really going to like this trap. They are making this in a #3 as well??

I'm familiar with the Bridger #2 dogless and how they have sort of a convenient night latch to set the pan. Do these wolf creek dogless traps have a similar set up? Lift the pan the whole way up to lock the jaw down, then drop the pan til it clicks?
