You might as well get a 900 ace if your going four stroke and pulling weight. The new 2019 expedition has 5 more hp due to the new chassis design.

The new expedition is also available with a 24 inch wide track, but from guys that have tried them, the performance lacks a bit in the deep snow compared to the scandik superwide.

130 pounds is nothing...a Tundra is all you need for that. Im going to need a new machine before to much longer, and thought about trying another 4-stroe, but when I compare the price difference vs the fuel economy I'm not so sure it makes sense.....Figure 20 mpg for the ACE and 12 or so for any of the 550 fan engines. With our gas prices a guy might save $1300-$1500 on fuel over the course of 10,000 miles. That is of course if the 4-stroke doesn't have to go to the shop during that time. By the time you figure the price difference, its a wash, with the 2-stroke actually being cheaper to own..... Don't forget to factor in the cost of 2-stroke oil.

I've never run the 550 machines, so maybe they are worse, but my 570 Bearcat gets 12 or better 90% of the time, and I can promise you my trails are not groomed!! Wish they were. My son has the old 503 in a Skandic and it is very similar. We cant go fast in our country so maybe that makes a difference too. I bet my Bearcat has never gotten over 35 MPH since Ive owned it. Just to much twisty tough trail.

i can't help you with comparing the 2 vs 4 stroke or the difference in length of track. all i know is that i'm happy with my tundra 500 sport ace with the 137" track i have had for 2 seasons. 4 stroke is nice and quiet and don't miss the 2 stroke stink. great fuel economy. Hauls everything i have asked it too. Deer hunting, trapping , ice fishing gear, firewood and every day use it hauling feed for livestock roughly 500 lb loads a trip. Machine is light and narrow and i can weave through bush no problem. You do have to ride it not sit and drive. one -40 morning it wouldn't start, just a click. Warmed up relay in mitt and it fired right up & the dealer sent me new relay for free for spare. last winter i buried sled 4 times in powder from my waist to over my shoulder and it was brutal digging it out. the sled now has a box permanently in the basket with strap along, shovel & extra rope .Some say if i had longer track or more HP or lighter motor i would have kept afloat better, not sure and hope i never see the 2 storms we had back to back like last winter. Was just going to ask what people thought of the 137 track I have missed out on a few of the 154 track 550s now seems they don't stay for sale long but there is a few of the 137 track ones around. Maybe there is a reason for that.
