There's a law in Russia now that prohibits anybody from spreading religion. My pastor just got back from there, he got in trouble for preaching the gospel. The church that asked him to come didn't have the right paper work filled out for him. It's all straightened out now for my pastor, all charges and fines were dropped, but the reason the law was implemented was to keep the spread of the Muslim religion from spreading in Russia.

I know a missionary in Greece who is surrounded by immigrants from Syria, Iraq, and other Mulsim majority countries. He says those expatriates are Muslim in name and heritage only and aren't very religious at all. He says they these immigrants that have left their home country are generally pretty fed up with all things Islam and the problems associated with it. He says they are searching for and eager to adopt a new culture and way of life. He says they are very open to new ideas and trying hard to assimilate into the Western ideals.

Of course, that's a generality. I'm sure there is likely more than a few Islamic zealots mixed in there as well. And there is plenty of evidence of the problems these mild-mannered Muslim immigrants are causing in France, Belgium, and Germany.

The point is... you can't assume all Muslims are the same. They are not. There's nothing to fear from the majority of them.

Still, taken on the whole, I dont' see any good reason for importing more of them into the U.S. Perhaps the whole world would be better off if the more reasonable people that immigrated out of these Middle Eastern nations would go back and rescue their home countries from the Islamic freaks that are stinking them all up.

You're right, I was mistaken. I looked too quickly at the stats. Still...Russia probably has the most significant Muslim population for a "Euro-ish" country.

I've found the same to be true here locally with our Iraq population. Their children try to pass as hispanic because they don't want to be grouped with the terrorists.

Russia has been exporting their Muslim population to the US. Most of the Turkish people in my area, were born in Russia. They were not allowed to become Russian citizens, even though their parents and in some cases grandparents were born in Russia too.

The couple dozen Muslim Turks I have met, who came from Russia, mostly fit in well. I think if their population stays small, in a generation or two, they won't seem different from any other Americans. They work hard and are not very religious. One of them told me that everyone in the World would move to the US if they could. He told me that if you wanted to work here and get rich, you could. He said that in Russia it was very hard to get permission to work and he could only work certain jobs.

I can not say the same about the Somalis I have met.

Way. 6% is a lot. If you have a population of 110 million, that’s 6.6 million rug pilots.

I have heard of Chechnya. That’s my point exactly. A Muslim enclave in Russia. Barely a million people there and they went for it. They got squashed like bugs. Imagine 20 times that amount. Not only would they try, they’d likely do ok. One in five people in Russia being Muslim just isn’t the case.

I could meet ya in the middle between 6 and 20.....13.

Ok funny guy . Whatever happens, I just hope to God we don’t end up like Europe. If we do, I really hope enough Americans have the stones to actually fight it. I wish that would happen now with the Somalians in MN. They need gone.

Americans have been being programed to no fight.....for a while now. Obama even castrated the military. Islam is a tide and they say worldwide domination thru numbers by 2070.

Americans look at things in a time frame of minutes for gratification but the islamists look at in in a timeframe of generations.
