I won an Arctic Cat Lynx 2000 at the Mad Trapper Rendevous merchandise raffel. Not the greatest trapping machine but it's paid off so it's all profit. Could not figure out how to post a picture from my Blackberry.

It might be good for wolf trapping with the small lugs I may be able to run over the #9 without springing it.

It a new Arctic Cat just called a 2000. I like to support a Canadian company rather then send my money to South Korea or San Fransico (phew, spit).
But a new snowmobile is a new snowmobile, can't complain, it is the nicest lynx of the year. Can't wait for next year see if I can run over my wolf traps with it without snapping them. Short track so should be easy on gas but no hitch have to get the boy on his welder to make me one.

Start working out with the weights now muskrat so you don't have a heart attack next winter getting unstuck.

LOL just had coffee snot out my nose.
Ian that looks like a pocket rocket machine, you might be better off selling and buying a real trapping machine, otherwise Boco is right start working out.

I will make a nice wide trail with the VK before taking the lynx out. But getting back to the waits is a solid idea Boco. I gave my wait bench away though.

Still paying off the other two so I'll just stick with the lynx and let it do what it is good at and try not to ask to much of it.

I had four tickets in my sons name. Was really hoping to hear Bobby McLeod instead of Ian McLeod but congratulations anyhow. I would’ve used that skidoo for hunting wolves. It would fit the job nicely I think. Remember my t570 breaking trail down the black mountain cutline? Same size tracks as your new free ride.

That's good to hear Ryan I was not sure how it would be. you should try out that cut line again one of these days you will be amazed at the difference. A creek cut through that ugly portage past my camp. It is a highway now. And I bridged that creek at Johnny Charlie Sr.'s tent. Straight up to Mount Lang from there and Lobstick. Next year Im going to work on Lobstick so we don't have to go so high up to cross it. While you are checking it out shoot that bear that keeps ripping off my siding. Freddie Carmichael followed my trail to Black mountain Creek on Saturday and he said he saw bear tracks in the creek.

Ryan did you have trouble with snow going into all them vents on the hood? Looks like freeze up city.

Wasn't too bad but it wouldn't hurt to get some frogskin for the bigger vents. I'm just heading to the camp this evening so might be bear tracks out that way too.

If there isn't Mount Lang; I'm just saying. Louis said there were bear tracks near there camp this morning. If you go to Mount Lang and see a grizzly with a den made with cedar sidding that's your bear.

As a total flatlander from Pennsylvania, I can tell you that your simple posts here are fantastic. You guys are messaging back and forth about bears and creeks and cabins in the wildest places we can only imagine, or see through your photos. Thanks, men
