They are Americas third world state and like it that way, they can complain all they want to and wait for everything they need, then sell it on the black market and cry some more.

Most Puerto Ricans live in the mainland US. There are close to 6,000,000 Puerto Ricans in the mainland US and only a little over 3,000,000 in Puerto Rico. New York and Connecticut are full of Puerto Ricans in the poor areas.

Ohio is ranked 8th for states with the largest number of people moving to another state. Traditionally it's mostly retirees moving to Southern states, particularly Florida, to avoid North Eastern, Ohio Winters.
