4. This page is intended for the sale, trade or purchase of used trapping equipment and not a place to sell new items, or stuff you manufacture.
5. No Begging for free stuff
6. A post may only be brought to the top purposely three times, and will be locked after the third time. Once a post has been locked or deleted, it cannot be put back on the forum for one month.
7. Make it clear what you wish in the title, not just WTT or WTB
8. The only reply allowed on each thread is a reply by the post initiator. All questions and communications will be done by PMs only. If PMs aren't answered in a timely manner, the poster will be banned from using the Trap Shed. (Exception to Rule #8 - A reply is allowed by a person who sends payment. Once payment sent is posted, the post will be locked.)

For Sale:

Mixed lot of trapping magazines and trapping booklets. Some in very good shape and some with age wear, but COMPLETE. In all, a good batch of reading material and research items.

1.) one issue - HUNTER TRADER TRAPPER magazine for May 1915. Covers taped on. Inside of magazine is in very good shape.160 pages - lots of good articles, old ads., and photos.

2.) One issue - FUR NEWS AND OUTDOOR WORLD, May 1923 - both front and back covers have seperated from the spine, but THEY ARE THERE! This issue has a good wolf article by DICK WOOD. There's a nice Oneida Jump trap ad. on back inside cover.Inside pages are all in good shape.

3.) One issue - THE FUR TAKER, Spring 1972 issue. "Alaska and the Northwest" by Raymond Thompson. "Trapping Pointers" and lots more. 40 pages + covers. Early magazine style. Complete very good condition.

4.) Three issues - MODERN TAXIDERMY MAGAZINE for Summer 1984, Fall 1984, Winter 1985. Extra clean, extra nice shape. Still in their kraft mailing envelopes. Lots of good taxidermy information and know-how in these magazines. 80 pages each.

5.) One issue - VOICE OF THE TRAPPER, Summer 1973 - has an article "Mountain Coyotes" by Craig O'Gorman, plus John Rockwood and Gerald Walkup articles. Clean, extremely very good condition!

6.) One issue - THE BACKWOODSMAN, May-June 1984 issue. Black powder, woodsore, beaver trapping, 19 century gunsmiths, knife making and more. 60 pages, complete. Good to VG condition.

7.) One issue - THE TRAPPER MAGAZINE for April 1958 - Published by S. Stanley Hawbaker. Big festure THE TRAPPING TRAIL by Bill Glasgow (good article). Mink Trapping article by Barney Vaughn (he was a well know trapper from Texas in the 1940s and '50s..,a good article). Also Tips and Tales and trap sets. Nice issue in very good condition.

8.) One copy - MINK AND RACCOON TRAPPING by F. Q. Bunch. Foldet style methods from 1953. Excellent trapping information along with some of Mr. Bunch's lure formulas. This man trapped in the 1920s and '30s, and was a first rate canine trapper.

9.) One copy - MINK AND MUSKRAT TRAPPING by S. Stanley Hawbaker. 1968 FIRST EDITION. 49 pages + covers. Excellent methods and close-up illustrations. A nice book of reliable trapping methods. Clean and very good condition.

All 9 items in one lot for $25.00 postage paid in USA.
