4. This page is intended for the sale, trade or purchase of used trapping equipment and not a place to sell new items, or stuff you manufacture.
5. No Begging for free stuff
6. A post may only be brought to the top purposely three times, and will be locked after the third time. Once a post has been locked or deleted, it cannot be put back on the forum for one month.
7. Make it clear what you wish in the title, not just WTT or WTB
8. The only reply allowed on each thread is a reply by the post initiator. All questions and communications will be done by PMs only. If PMs aren't answered in a timely manner, the poster will be banned from using the Trap Shed. (Exception to Rule #8 - A reply is allowed by a person who sends payment. Used, softcover, age wear on cover, inside pages clean & well kept. Interesting mountain man history. THE CHEECHAKOES by Wayne Short. Hardcover, no dust jacket, but it is a first printing and in very good shape. Great story of trapping, hunting, homesteading on Alaska in the Admiralty Island area. NO ROOM FOR BEARS by Frank Dufresne. Hardcovet with dust jacket. Life in Alaska over 60 years ago and his times with all kinds of bears. A first rate title. VG shape inside and out. ALL THREE BOOKS for $26.00 postage paid in USA. Lot #2 - THIS WAS THE NORTH by Anton Money. Life of a trapper and homesteader in British Columbia, the Yukon and ALASKA in the 1920s. Excellent story. Book is ex-library, and has typical library markings, but it is a solid book in VG condition. 244 pages. Great adventure and period photos. TRAPPING AND TRACKING by George Clawson. A complete guide to successful use of traps and traplines, lures, baits and scents. Reliable information,.lure formulas, excellent art illustrations. Book is ex-library. It is in VG shape, solid thru-out, and a solid binding. A worthwhile trapping book. 200 pages. TRAILS OF A WILDERNESS WANDERER by Andy Russell. Hardcover with dust jacket. 1971. - born in 1903 Mr. Russell spent his life in the mountains and wilds of Alberta, Canada as a cowboy, trapper, hunter, and big game guide. This is his story,well written, full of adventure and micely illustrated with period photos. ALL THREE BOOKS IN THIS LOT for $35.00 postage paid in USA. Lot #3 - another copy of. TRAILS OF A WILDERNESS WANDERER (same conditipn as one in lot #2). THREE AGAINST THE WILDERNESS by Eric Collier. Hardcover, 1962, no dustjacket, ex-library, but in solid VG condition and with a solid binding. Trapping, big game hunting, homesteading, wilderness survival in British Columbia wilds of the 1920s, 1930s, '40s. Excellent story..,great photos. A book worth reading! THE SILENCE OF THE NORTH by Olive Frederickson and Ben East. Ex library in g to VG shape. No jacket, but in good shape.
