6. A post may only be brought to the top purposely three times, and will be locked after the third time. Once a post has been locked or deleted, it cannot be put back on the forum for one month.
7. Make it clear what you wish in the title, not just WTT or WTB
8. The only reply allowed on each thread is a reply by the post initiator. All questions and communications will be done by PMs only. If PMs aren't answered in a timely manner, the poster will be banned from using the Trap Shed. (Exception to Rule #8 - A reply is allowed by a person who sends payment. 1.) Three issues - AMERICAN WOODSMAN published by Hawbaker. March 1952, May 1952, June 1954 - trapping, hunting, outdoor know-how. CATS and CAT TRAPPING by Frank Terry, Moose Hunting feature, Favorite Trap Sets, Pheasant Raising, Homesteading, Trapping Ringtail Cat, PREPARING LURES AND BAITS by S. Stanley Hawbaker, Musky Fishing, story about FOCY STILLWELL,.old time Nebraska hunter and trapper, also: "Life Blood of the Barren Lands' , a Wolverine article and much more. March 1952 has a back cover scrape, rest of magazine is good to very good. May 1952 and June 1954 are totally VERY GOOD condition. All THREE magazines: Was $18.00 postage paid in USA. NOW $16.50

2.) HUNTER TRADER TRAPPER, May 1926 - very nice issue with plenty of excellent articles. This issue has good articles by J. CURTIS GRIGG and E.J. DAILEY. Clean, very good condition with a solid binding! WAS $22.00 postage paid in USA. NOW $20.00

3.) A LAND GONE LONESOME by Dan O'Neill.. Hardcover with dust jacket. Ex-library in very good condition. A historical look a life of trappers prospectors, hunters, homesteaders along the Yukon River. A lifestyle long gone, but one that was full of hard work and adventure. A good rea! $15.00 postage paid in USA.

4.) WESTERN LIFE AND ADVENTURES IN THE GREAT SOUTHWEST by Elliott Barker.Covers a time period from the 1880s on into mid 20th century. Wilderness trails, bear and lion hunting, wilderness ranch life, covered wagon journeys and much more. Illustrated with vintage photos. An excellent book by a man who lived it all! Hardcovet, no dust jacket. Clean, excellent condition with a solid binding! WAS $16.00 postage paid. NOW $14.50

5.) ALASKAN ADVENTURE by Jay P. Williams. Hardcover with dust jacket. 1952 first edition. 299 pages. Excellent adventures by the author from the early 1900s when he arrived in Alaska. Hunting, trapping, guiding, seal hunting, adventures with bears, life and adventures on Admiralty Island, experiences with bears and wolves and more. Book is in very good condition. Former owner's name and a notation, but rest of book clean. A worthwhile read. Photo illustrated. $25.00 postage paid. THIS ONE HAS BEEN SOLD!

6.) TRAPPING AND TRACKING by George Clawson. Hardcover with dust jacket. 200 pages, A complete guide to the successful use of traps and running a productive trapline, and the use of lures and baits. Lure formulas given. Methods for trapping North America's furbearing animals. Illustrated thru-out. Mr. Clawson wrote for Fur Fish Game in the 1970s.Clean, excellent condition. Solid binding. $20.00 postage paid.

7.) TRAPPING THE BOUNDARY WATERS by Charles Ira Cook, Jr. Excellent memoir of author's trapping this area in 1919. Experiences, adventures, ways and means of carrying on a trapline. Illustrated with period photos and an excellent fold out map of the area he trapped. This is a first rate book in clean excellent condition. $20.00 postage paid.

8,) MONTANA, Summer 1984 issue - This is a Special CHARLES M, RUSSELL issue dealing with the western paintings. And life of the cowboy artist from Great Falls, Montana. Great illustrations and first rate articles. Clean, excellent conditio. $12.50 postage paid.

9.) THE A. B. FROST BOOK by Henry M. Reed - hardcover with dust jacket. This 162 page book deals with the life and art of A. B. Frost, dating from the 1870s on into the first two decades of the 20th century. Excellent illustrations of his work including many that made their way into advertising for firearms companies, and into books of hunting adventures and methods. Color illustrations thru out. Frost was one of the top hunting and sporting artists of his time. You'll see the reason in this book! CLEAN, EXCELLENT CONDITION. A first rate volume! $22.00 postage paid.
