IMO one made out of a 2X6 in the shape of a large NAFA fox board.

The only constant in trapping is change so keep learning.

I’ve found this to work great on coon, fox and coyote.

I made a PVC Beam System, it has a 10-1/2", 8", 6" and a 4" beams. But to be honest the 6" beam can get it all done.

6 or 7 inch is probably the best size.

I need to build one of these. I just finished my first season and a friend of mine got all my furs. Looks like some good stress relief.

Mine is a 2 x 8 which is only 7 1/2 in. wide before shaping. Works well.
