That's awesome. Is it good? And do they have other cuts besides boneless chunks? And the price isn't bad for something exotic. $4.99/lb.

Actually, I asked the meat manager if it was one hump or two. He couldn't tell me so I got nervous and put it back.

Dromedary camels have one hump and live in mostly in Africa, the middle east, and australia, Bactrian camels have 2 humps and live in in the steppes of central asia.
