Then a sharp fillet knife use the lopper to cut the ring and back as far as jaws will reach then finish the slot with the knife worked very quickly and easy I did three dzn in about a half hour. “The world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined” B. Taximan trapper Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 5,459 Montana	A Forstner bit would be ideal to drill the back of the slot.The jigsaw should cut the slot but use the right blade.Find a fine toothed blade for plastic.

Thanks Griz I have had good luck picking them up in the ditches after the plow rips them off mailboxes. I also contacted the local paper years ago and hauled away the damaged ones. I have over 100 so I haven't looked for any more in years. I have nothing clever to put here.
