I know of Northern Sled Works, but wasn't there someone else making them as well? Going to buy a sled this week, thinking about the mid sized Cross Fox from Northern Sled Works. Just wanted to see what other options there are. Tired of Otter Sleds breaking.

X3 on Northern Sledworks. Quality and the last sled you'll have to buy. 8' Crossfox , one and done, maybe by two in case ya wanna double up and really haul some loads.

Y'all convinced me, I like to support outdoorsmen. I know they're good quality, my trapping partner has one, it's been used hard for years, still going. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2019/10/full-34891-19110-screenshot_20190926_094901_gallery.jpg) Here's a picture of my partner's.

I have an 8 footer. Its not big enough for the loads I carry so going to a 10 footer. I use it for hauling wood in the winter.
Water is good for two things, Floating Ships and making Beer.

I ordered an 8' Cross Fox with the heavy duty hitch, double skegs, and half runners in front of the skegs. Thought about getting the 10', but our trap line trail has some tight turns in it.

Me and my trapping partner will both have the same sled now, and we always travel together, due to the 200 to 250 mile loop we make. We'll have enough room on both sleds for gear and critters. Always have.

Going to get one of their bigger sleds eventually for wood, but this will do for now. Most of my wood I get by boat in the spring and fall anyway.
