I just bought an Arctic Oven tent and need to get a stove for it. I am looking for recommendations. How are the stoves Alaska Tent and Tarp sell? This is the AO10 with vestibule.

I have been looking at the fourdog stoves. The are supposed to be airtight. They might hold a fire all night. The $150 cost of shipping one up here is daunting.

I was looking at their webpage. They didn't seem to be out of business but might be.

I have a Four Dogs stove an it is far from airtight . Worth the money for it’s light weight and longevity. it will run you out when it takes off . I use it on fly out trips. Give me a couple weeks, i’m In the process of building a new airtight stove for myself. Will be a little heavy but hold fire and heat all night. I not worried about the weight in my sled as much as comfort. I making this one 12” x 20” x 1/4”

I have a Four Dogs stove an it is far from airtight . . . We have a two-dog, a couple three-dogs, and a four-dog. All are very airtight. I'm surprised to read this, as other owners of the dog stoves I know are very pleased with them.

I have a buddy with an extra Trekker sheet metal stove. He is selling it to me cheap. It doesn't hold a fire long but it puts out good heat.
