I eat one chicken egg, and 4 quail eggs every day from my hens. I make French Toast and smother it in butter and drown it in Wisconisin Maple syrup. And never get tired of eating eggs.

I enjoy eating quail eggs too when the poultry enthusiast down the hill has them for sale.

Only eat about 3 eggs a week, but I drink 3 gallons of skim milk a week... go figure.

I rarely eat any but do use them to dip my fish in before I bread them so a dozen will last me for a month or two even.

I can't vouch for the veracity of it, but I've read that eggs from free-range chickens have every nutrient in them to sustain human life, with the notable exception of Vitamin C and alcohol. Thus, I have 4 or 5 eggs every morning along with a large screwdriver. Covers all the bases.

After reading the answer on here, I no longer wonder why people need so much toilet paper!!!!!
