Fargo ND just deployed tear gas to break them up. They gave them a cut off and when it wasn't met they gassed them.

I just watched a military Chinook helicopter fly over headed directly toward Minneapolis. What's onboard? Troops? Cargo? Weapons? Maybe on deck to carry curfew violators to gulag.

... Start shooting the first one to break a window and you won't have this anymore..... Not so. Shoot a looter and you have a martyr. That is pretty much how this whole thing started. These animals hide in mass anonymity. There are too many to stop, and difficult to identify. The best way to stop them is through curfew. Anyone violating curfew is automatically guilty. Round up those on the edge and lock them up. Sooner or later you get to those in the middle who are causing the physical damage. It ain't near as satisfying as nailing the guy on the spot, but with a mob you have to work layer by layer. Don't stop with just one shoot any that are looting.
