Yep, those Dukes are nothing but junk. LOL With a little tweaking on that pan, you should be able to make it workable again.

Got some cool pictures out of the deal anyway. I'm guessing F&G sedated them to put the collars on and release them. Were you able to be part of it? Details (gender, weight, age, etc.)? Yeah I was there the whole time. Couple hour ordeal, they sedated them. Took blood, hair, scat, weight, measured the canines, and fitted them both with radio collars. Female weighed 60 lbs, they guessed her at a year old. The other a year old male at 65lbs. Was a bitter sweet experience. Hate to see them and the destruction they're causing around here with no season. On the other hand..They're a beautiful animal and was a cool experience.

As a new trapper of coyotes, that seems like a dream come true! I’m not sure how I’d feel about releasing them, but I’d still love to catch one some day.
Some days I think I could trap anything anytime. Others I wonder if I’ll ever make another catch...

I would find it quite interesting to be a part of that. Cool experience!
