It is pretty hard to find anything much more natural looking if you are trapping in the woods. Some guys do not like them, some do. Mac

I have used them and they are not too bad in freezing weather if mixed with or covered with a thin layer of dirt but the grey squirrels find them a little too interesting for me to continue using them.
I'm just happy to be here! Today I'm as young as I'll ever be and and older than I've ever been before!

I only use them when bedding traps in the actual snow; such as when in snow a foot deep blind setting. Make a depression, fill with buckwheat hulls, push the trap in, cover with bw hulls and sift light snow over it. this is what i've done and it works great, trap fires like it is dry. also used it in bedding hay sets on top of frozen ground.
