I really could use prayer in general as I am overwhelmed with many things but also need prayer for a house asap.

We've been looking for a house since Feb and still can't find one that will accept an offer even with $10k over asking hasn't been good enough. We need to be out of the apartment on 12/31 so we are in crunch time.

Thankfully the rates have drastically decreased which increased our budget.
Finding an apartment was a pain and don't want to go through that again. My apartment will not renew my lease because they want me out. Long story short this place is joke they don't fix anything including leaks, hvac barely works at times, raw sewage all over, infestations of roaches,faulty appliances constantly over charged for rent etc... my apartment was supposed to be repaired a long time ago and they have only fixed a couple of things this entire time I landed up calling the city inspector which he has been here 5 times and can only enforce on certain things. Because I called the city and corporate they will not renew my lease.

We really need to find a house that will accept the offer this week.
