Who else got it? Odd to get a check with no details on what sold or for how much. Or was this advance just partial payment on what has sold or an anticipated value? Was a bit vague.
April is autism awareness month. Nearly 1 in every 100 children are born with an autism spectrum disorder.. 1 in 100. Stop and think about it...please

No I don’t get that impression at all. Letter states they wanted to get “advances” on PT sales made since the auction before Xmas to the shippers but there’s no breakdown of anything that sold.

I would find out what the check is for or at least take into consideration your personal situation with FHA before cashing that check. Once you have cashed that check, you have accepted compensation... but for what??? Once having accepted compensation you could be very limited in any future claims.
Let's go Brandon!

Rondy, when you send to auction you already have agreed to accept whatever. It's a done deal and you have no rights of negotiation.
As far as the financial health of FHA goes they don't seem to be teetering so I don't see a NAFA situation in the near horizon.
Take the money and you will find out what sold PT after the next auction.
