Although, some semi-auto guns will have problems cycling certain shells. So there is that.
I recommend the Beretta A300, right around $800.
Disclaimer: I don’t own any guns or know how to shoot them.

Can’t short stroke a semi!!
but you can get your fingers in the way of the ejection port , been there done that
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I wasn't happy with it not fully ejecting spent shells. Like I said it might have been from me short stroking it, and I tried a few different brands and it happened with all of them. If it was a short stroke issue, then that's enough of a reason for me to get a semi. What does it say on the barrel? 2 3/4" or. 3" ?

Keep the 870 AND buy yourself a new auto. There, problem solved! And a couple more guns while you are there. Yep. I wouldn’t sell any guns the way things are going.
