Growing up during the birth of Rock N Roll, I always really enjoyed the 60's the most. In the mid 60's it seemed like a new group was getting radio play daily. There was the British Invasion when groups from England ruled the air waves .Then in 65 the folk rock groups became popular ,then psychedelic rock ,then country rock. Who was your favorite 60's rock band?? Tom

Mole,While America was formed in England, the artists were Americans whose fathers were in the U.S. Air Force, stationed in England. Nelly saw the Animals in 68 or 69 only problem--front man Eric Burdon had just left the group. Tom

By far and away my favorite was The Byrds,Mcguinns 12 string Rickenbacker was unreal, especially in concert. I have tickets for my daughter and I to see Roger Mcguinn on May 15 in Hopkins Mn. At 78 heis still going strong. Tom

Chicago, Three Dog Night, Guess Who - all late 60's - early 70's
I always considered Chicago more of a 70s band, considering my age I was more familiar with Randy Bachman from BTO than his time with the Guess Who, but Mama Told Me Not To Come is probably more relevant now than it was then.
