Nowhere in the constitution does the president get the power to pass law with an executive order. Its a non issue. He doesn’t have that kind of power. So Kieth, just who do you think will try enforcing it? Under what law?

The real problem is that the republicans don't have the balls to do anything about it. If shotgun Joey tried to pass an executive order that is clearly in violation of the constitution, He should by right be removed pronto for breaking the oath of his office. But the reps and SCOTUS will just watch it happen and keep their pie holes shut. He is breaking the law as I type this with what he is doing at the southern border. And what do we hear.... crickets. The republican would've a real case if they impeached this lying sack of sh....... but they all just huddled in a corner and do squat.
This is probably the best response and overall explanation ever!

Do we really think the dems are gonna vote to impeach their newly seated guy? ive got some land for sale with a huge golden bridge on it if you do. Dems are famous for circling the wagons to the extent that impeach legislation will never leave the house. They may well extinguish Joe when his usefulness has passed, but it will be on their terms, not the Rs.

I truly believe they wanted Harris and new she could not beat Trump even with voter fraud. They will not impeach him even if it turns out that he is Chester the molester. Only the republicans turn on their own , the democrats may declare Joe has lost his cheese and replace him with Harris. I said in the beginning this was the plan all along and don’t think he will make it a full year. She needs to be in office long enough to seem credible before the next election.

biden quite obviously does not believe he is bound by the US Constitution. biden's huge number of followers don't believe he is bound by the US Constitution either. biden is the chief executive in the US. Enough people will enforce what he tells them to whether it's Constitutional or not.
I don't see anyone stepping up to stop biden.

Our biggest problem is not the party in power. It's the spineless party not in power right now. The Republican party has been a huge Paul Ryan type coward for a while now.

They say we don't have a right to own guns. Yes we do. It's right there in the constitution. Those that want to take our guns away don't have the right to do so. They are not kings or dictators yet.
After every thing that has happened and nobody has done anything I firmly think they will do what they want with little or no one stopping them. Post on T MAN don't count.

The Second Amendment ultimately only has any meaning if Americans are willing to come together and use it. Americans are clearly no longer willing to do that. Living in America will have to get much worse first. We collectively suck.

We are not subjects yet. Our Congress is supposed to be our representatives. We need to tell our representatives how we feel about them voting against the constitution.
Our representatives? They represent EVERYONE on the planet BUT us the voters, what few there are left of us. With rigged election's no one needs those smelly walmart voter's anymore.
But im sure no show Joe won't do a thing to harm gun ownership, too many 'enlightened' communist in our ranks voted for him for that to happen.
And i have no clue why anyone keeps harping about the constitution, that document hasn't been paid any attention in so long most don't even know what it is anymore or what it was suppose to be.
Never saw in it where gov. prints free money for everyone yet here we are.

I don't think there is any doubt in all US legislators' minds that many Americans want to have their Second Amendment Rights left alone. Sadly, I don't think there is any doubt in those legislators' minds that no more than a handful, at most , would use those right to defend their rights. The legislators know they face no meaningful consequences for their unconstitutional actions and lack of support of the Constitution.
