Appreciate you sharing your season with us! That is a heck of a lot of wolves and I am sure the moose and bou will be much happier! How many miles you put on your machine this year?

From what I can see all your wolves have good fur. No lice or folicular dysplasia. Tony Hollis says the dysplasia is mostly found on wolves in flat country. Your in some hills I believe? Did you see any signs of lice? Good job. You and the pard must have brought fur back every trip!!

Great job on the wolves.
You should have a good number of other furbearers on your lines by hammering the wolves.
A lot of trappers here neglect to manage their wolf pops. The ones that do have much more productive lines.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

For that many wolves you should get a couple extra draw chances.
Nice job.

Well looks like I will be sitting this year out. Last year was hard on the jelly in the L5 disk in my back and it decided to pop out right in to my sciatic nerve been a fun summer. Having it fixed at end of month so probably will not be out banging around on the snow go for awhile. Hopping to get a little in at end of season if possible.

That sucks! Sorry to hear. I ruptured a disk last February, pinched the sciatic nerve, then followed with piriformis syndrome. Was basically bed/chair-bound for 2 months, followed by a month of shuffling, and crawling. Excruciating pain. If I got 2 hours of sleep at a time, it wasn't often.
So sorry.

Made it almost 3 years without censor!

Bummer. Hope you heal up quick, and get back out.

I see that your above photo is Miss February on the ATA calendar, looks pretty cool in glossy print. So you will have that to look at anyway for motivation.

Rumors of my assimilation have been greatly exaggerated.
