I planted our two gardens about the same time as always but due to the many more higher heat days and nights, things are really a lot further ahead then normal. I have had to adjust to the early harvest of beans, lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower etc. I will be having to make my kraut a lot earlier too. I typically plant 4 smaller sweet corn patches. This year I got the 67 day in early and that is very close to ready I planted some 77 day corn about two weeks later and that is only a week behind so things have really moved rapidly. I have a lot of sizable tomatoes on already and I planted smaller plants a few days before Memorial Day. The later planted cool season crops are spiking quickly so they are going to the sheep. Bryce

The cracks in the ground wont heal up, but this is the first rain in a month or more. I've been watering with a mist that wont out pace my flowing well for a month, everyday, somewhere in 3 gardens, moving it around till I get back to the beginning. ..
