I caught my first otter and don’t have a stretcher for otter. Could I use a adjustable coon or fox stretcher for it?

Not really the correct nose shape, or long enough, so probably should try to get an otter board,maybe a fellow trapper close by that you could borrow one from.

You could use a bobcat/lynx board and make a head spacer for it to provide a rounder head,

It was a smaller one and I plan on tanning it. Would that matter on the head width?

You can stretch a small otter on a fox board,
You can stretch a large otter on a cat board.
You could lose a bit of money on size at auction with both of those options but if your tanning it, it wont matter.
