Just got ahold of his coon video and I'm just curious, is he still laminating his 1.5 's for coon ?
(BTW is you haven't watched it its easily one of the best coon trapping videos I've seen. Real expert!)

I have one of his method books. He said that In deep water coon walk on their hind feet instead of swimming.So you place your trap In the old foot prints.

I drown 90% of my coon so I don't see the need for lamination.

Mine are all lamed and base plated with the D ring on the end about 1/2" in. I use the same trap for mink and muskrat. It's an anchor LOL..


Common sense catches alot of fur..
